Meet the founder, Heath Gunn
Move That Mountain’s Managing Director and Principal Consultant, Heath Gunn has over 25 years of lived experience in senior leadership roles, in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, up-to and including CEO - Heath has a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from when supporting you. He is passionate about both leadership development and individual development and will work alongside you to move your mountain – or just get that pebble out of your shoe.
Heath has a MSc in Leadership and Management, a Fellowship of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce, and is a member of the Association for Coaching. He employs practical consulting and coaching methods, and his current studies include a Level 7 executive coaching qualification, to enhance his highly effective and transformative coaching approach.
After spending 7 years in the not-for-profit sector and leading 2 organisational turnarounds, Heath saw first hand the difference that can be made to the lives of individuals and organisations by making those hard, business-based decisions in a compassionate and focused way. This made him determined to bring the worlds of Business and Charity closer together, for the benefit of both.
