As well as realising the potential for you, your teams and your organisation, you can also help a small charity to do the same.
Leadership exists at all levels of an organisation. Often people who perform well are rewarded with promotion to leadership positions, with little or no help or guidance on how to lead those in their charge. Let us help you and the influencers in your teams to work better together and your senior leaders find their way in the complex world of senior leadership. As Simon Sinek says - Being a Leader does not mean you are In Charge. It means you are responsible for those In Your Charge. With that responsibility comes the ability to make the environment for your teams the best they can be.
A group of high performing individuals does not a team make. There are many ways you gather a group of people around a vision or goal, but unless they have a shared understanding of how each other works, why and what the end goal is, they will likely never become a team. Navigating change, collectively creating a strategy, understanding each other’s strengths and values are just some of the ways we can help your teams gel and perform.
Unpacking your business to understand your why, your how and how to maximise the performance doesn’t have to be a daunting exercise. Our pragmatic approach to understanding the challenges you’re facing and where you’d like to get to will help springboard you over That Mountain and reach the potential you know is there. With a track record of improving business performance, governance processes and bottom line retention, we can help you achieve the improvements you need in a sustainable way.
Life and business are interwoven and as much as we try, one will invariably impact on the other. Let us help you navigate your way through whatever is Your important, thorny issue. Taking the time to listen to what is going on for you and help you to face into those difficult to ask questions, is at the heart of our results focused coaching approach. You know the answers, you just might not know where to find them…
What makes Move That Mountain different?
Supporting smaller charities
Often smaller charities don't have access to coaching or consulting services, due to budget constraints, or lack of specialist coaches, who really understand the not-for-profit sector. MTM aims to plug this gap by helping charities and cause driven organisations to access the support that is normally reserved for private business. This is embedded in our DNA and forms a key part of our WHY.
Bridging the gap
By offering discounted consulting hours, or coaching sessions to all charities and cause driven organisations.
